CLARITY Portal Access and Application

If you would like to have online access to your child's grades and attendance, please print the account verification form, fill it out, and bring the signed paper verification sheet to our guidance department or send it in with your student.

This system will be fully operational for grades three through 12 during the first quarter of the 2012-2103 school year. Kindergarten through second grade will have their parent portals opened during the second semester.

Expectations for updating grade books, adding new assignments and responding to parent e-mails is handled on a school-by-school basis.

GRADING LEGEND
(PLEASE CONTACT THE TEACHER FOR A MORE THOROUGH EXPLANATION OF A GRADE)

"X" = student is exempt from an assignment and the assignment will NOT be calculated

"Z" = student has NOT completed the assignment and the assignment will be calculated as a zero
(**NOTE: Teachers may use this code if they are allowing the student to make up the assignment due to an absence, "redo", etc.).

"0" = student has or has NOT completed the assignment and the grade assigned is zero

No grade entered = assignment may still need to be graded by the teacher
