·         Congratulations to the Boys and Girls Track and Field team for doing well at the Dulles District Championship Meet yesterday at Woodgrove!  The following athletes will be moving on to Regionals.  For the girls:  Lexi Randall in the 100m and the 400m, for which she came in 1^st place, Elizabeth Schray in the 400m, Cari Conley in the 1600m, Tristan Holmes in the high jump.  For the boys:  Brandon McGurk in the 200m and 400m, Scott Evans in the 300m hurdles, Drew Hunter in 1600m and 3200m, The 4x400 relay team consisting of Phil Sherrod, Levi Parker, Mason Koehler, and Mathew Weinstein, and finally Phil Sherrod qualified to go to Regionals in 110m and 300m hurdles, in which he received a state qualifying time of 40.43!

·         The Varsity Men’s soccer team defeated John Champe on senior night last night 5-0.  Senior Chris Nunes had 3 goals, senior Cody Locklear had 1 goal, and Nick Nunes scored his first varsity goal.  Senior David Anderson and freshman Alex Gates combined for the shutout.
