After graduating from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in education, I taught in West Virginia and Ohio and then moved to Northern Virginia.  I have been a reading specialist as well as a Reading Recovery® Teacher Leader during my tenure in Loudoun County.
