Virginia SCC Compliance
 
Compliance with Virginia Law for Transacting Business in Virginia.
 

Effective July 1, 2010 the Code Of Virginia requires that to be eligible for award, any bidder or offeror organized as a stock or nonstock corporation, limited liability company, business trust, or limited partnership or registered as a registered limited liability partnership must be authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a domestic or foreign business entity if so required by Title 13.1 or Title 50 of the Code of Virginia or as otherwise required by law.

Below you will find a link to a copy of the Virginia SCC Compliance form which is required to be completed and submitted prior to awarding of a contract.
