My name is Justin Raymond and I am the Assistant Principal at Rosa Lee Carter Elementary. I am currently beginning my fifteenth year in public education. This is my eleventh year with Loudoun County Public Schools, previously working at Lincoln Elementary as the special education teacher and Hutchison Farm Elementary as the Administrative Intern.

I graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Elementary and Special Education in 1997. I received my Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from George Mason University in 2009. I was also in the Pennsylvania and Virginia National Guard from 1993 to 2001.

I have truly enjoyed my experiences with Loudoun County Public Schools and love being a part of Rosa Lee Carter. I look forward to continuing the commitment of dedication and excellence that this community has deservedly earned.  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns.
