After School Enrichment Programs / Overview

Dear Parents:

Please click on the tab to the left labeled "Session 4 Offerings" to see the clubs available for Spring 2012 Session 4. The classes begin the week of April 9th (although there is no school on Monday, April 9th, so Monday classes begin April 16th). Classes are held from 2:50 to 3:50.

Registration must be completed online by going to www.pay4schoolstuffonline.com. Registration for Session 4 will open at 12:01am on Saturday, March 17th and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, March 25th. If a class is not showing up on the registration website, that class is full and closed for this session.

Please, check your calendars carefully for conflicts. Our refund policy is as follows:

Before the session begins, you will receive a refund for the full amount of the club, less the $5 processing fee.

During the first week of the session, you will receive $25

No refunds will be given after the first week of the session.

Please understand that academic commitments take priority over club participation. If your child is recommended to attend a NLE sponsored enrichment / assistance program, he/she must attend that program on the designated day prior to participating in a club on that day.

If a club is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified via email by 2pm on the afternoon of your child’s club. Please check your email. If you don’t have email, please let us know so that we can make other arrangements with you. This is VERY important!

Special note: Scholarships are available. Please contact instructor if your child would like to participate and finances are an issue.

If after school activities are canceled for any reason, then clubs will be cancelled as well.
