Hello Mill Run Mountain Lions!  I’m so excited to be back at Mill Run working closely with the greatest students, staff, parents, and community!  I would really like to take this opportunity to tell you about myself and my experiences in education.  I began my career as a special education teacher at Mill Run Elementary and remained as one for five years.  During this time, I pursued my administrative endorsement and earned my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership through George Mason University.  Once obtained, I was fortunate to be able to move into the Administrative Intern position at Mill Run.  In 2011-2012, I became an Assistant Principal in Fairfax County Public Schools.  Then, in 2012, I had my calling to come back “home” to Mill Run, where I am so proud to continue my career.  Mill Run is such a special place for so many reasons, and I am ecstatic to be a part of this wonderful opportunity with your children.

I have a firm belief that all children can learn and succeed.  My mission and passion is to prepare our children to be lifelong learners both in- and outside of the classroom.  I am excited to be an active member on this journey to success, and I look forward to working closely with you to support our children in reaching beyond their greatest expectations.  Should you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
