This is my ninth year teaching at Emerick Elementary, seven of which were in second grade. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. Along with my degree, I also hold a K-12 reading licensure. I look forward to a wonderful year in third grade!

I attended Clarion University of Pennsylvania and received a degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  Shortly after teaching I obtained my master's degree in the Integration of Technology from George Mason University.  I have been teaching for 12 years and still feel passionate about my career.  I am thrilled to be a part of the Emerick team!
