Catoctin is equipped with a wireless campus, has two laptop carts that are available to classroom teachers, classroom printers and laser computers in the lab, and an updated terabyte server. We are looking forward to students incorprating their learning with technology.

Students attend computer lab once a week to incorporate the tools of technology to help introduce, learn, and reinforce concepts. A second lab time is available for students in grades 3 - 5 for Success Maker Enterprise, an interactive Math and Reading program.

Recycling Program

Every few months, we send off our used inkjet and laserjet cartridges in return for money that is put back into the technology budget at Catoctin. Almost all brands and types of cartridges are accepted. If you would like to donate any empty ink cartridges, there is a box in the back of the computer lab where they are collected.
