1. Get a team together

HAVE YOU HEARD ABOUT THE SPRING MUSIC TRIP TO

CLEVELAND OHIO!?

That's right, the Music Department
(Chorus, Band, Flags, Guitars and Strings)
are planning to travel to Cleveland, May 17th - 19th.
WE WILL:
- Perform, Have Master Classes with, and be Scored for National ranking by

professors at Cleveland Institute of Music and Baldwin-Walace College -

- Hear a Jazz Concert by the Cleveland Symphony Orchestra -
- Visit and Tour the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum -
Visit the Cleveland Science Museum
Spend part of a day at Cedar Point Amusement Park
and only miss 1/2 of 1 day of school!!!

All THIS FOR ONLY 425.00 (Per Person)

Next Year's Officers Will Include

Overall President of the Choral Booster Board - BRENDA SHERIDAN

* This officer works closely with the Director to set and administer the choir calendar.
* This officer coordinates and works with the other officers to support/finance the choir claendar
This officer coordinates and works with the band Booster officers for enhncing and meshing both departments
A Vice President for Choral Finances - TERESA POPLAWSKI

* This officer (formerly known as Treasurer) works with the Director and President to Fund the Choral Calendar

* This officer can be accomplished this task through (but not limited too);

PLANNING and ORGANIZING SUFFICIENT FUND RAISERS / SEEKING BUSINESS PARTNERS, GRANTS and GIFTS

* This officer will maintain and audit the Choral Account

A Vice President of Student Activities - STILL OPEN ... HELP!!!

* This officer works with the Director and President to plan events on the choral calendar
* This officer helps staff events in the choral calendar
* This officer works with the Director, President and Band Boosters to co-ordiate events on the choral calendar
* This officer works with the Director, President to budget and execute events on the choral calendar including; CONCERTS / EXTENDED REHEARSALS / REHEARSAL RETREATS / PERFORMANCE / COMPETITION TRIPS
A Vice President for Student Dress and Attendance - DEBRA VEST

* This officer works with the Director and Financial VP to secure concert dress.

* This officer works with the Director to measure, order and fit/distribute concert dress

* This officer works with the Director to help do CONCERT WEAR CHECKS before each event.

* This officer works with the Director to maintain, collect, clean and organize concert dress.
