Wendy Young

     Wendy Young has been a Head Start teacher in Loudoun County for ten years.  She has a Bachelor of Science degree in early childhood and elementary education from Millersville University and a Master of Education in Reading from Shenandoah University.  Mrs. Young is currently working on a PhD in early childhood and literacy at George Mason University.  She lives in Leesburg with her husband and two daughters. Mrs. Young can be reached at wendy.l.young@lcps.org   

     Sandra Karinshak
