The parent portal will be opened for grades 3-12 before the first quarter interim on October 3, 2012.  Grades K-2 will not open until the beginning of the third quarter on January 22, 2013.

 

Login information will be mailed home to families that have submitted the parent request form on September 26th.  

 

In addition to the Loudoun County Public Schools Expectations regarding Assessment and Grading, Blue Ridge has the following expectations:

 

a. Teachers will input grades within 10 days of assignment completion date.

b. Blue Ridge teachers will have 3 categories that will compute your student's average.  Everyone will have a formative category, which will NOT impact the average.  Teachers will also have two categories in which to put assessments based on the number of strands addressed.  How these categories are weighted is determined by the individual departments. 

To gain access to the Parent Portal, please complete the account request form and bring it into the school or send it in with your child.  Once we verify your information we will send your login and password information.
