Using the portal
 
Announcements regarding the Portal:

         Parent portal access will close on June 14th, 2013 at 5:00 pm. Information          about parent portal access for next school year will be distributed in          September, 2013.
 
 Login information will be mailed home to families that have submitted  the account request form on September 26th.  
 
Assessment and Grading Expectations:
Loudoun County Public Schools Expectations regarding Assessment and Grading. 
 Grading Legend
 
X = Student is exempt from an assignment OR the assignment has been turned in, but has not been graded yet.
 
Z = Student has NOT completed the assignment and the assignment will be calculated as a zero if not turned in.
 
0 = Student has or has NOT completed the assignment and the score earned is a zero
  
S/U = teacher is using the satisfactory/unsatisfactory scale and grade is not calculated into average
 
No Grade Entered = the assignment is missing and hasn't been turned in
Gaining access to the portal:
 
To gain access to the Parent Portal, please complete the account request form and bring it into the school or send it in with your child.  Once we verify your information we will send your login and password information.  
 
Please remember to change your password once you first login to the portal
