Summer School

Online Summer Courses 2013

Enrollment is open to high school students and rising 9^th graders seeking new credit. Applications will be accepted from April 22 through June 7 and must have the approval of the School Counseling Director and high school Principal. The application is online but must be downloaded for the signatures. The cost is $695.00*.

Students must complete the requirements by August 1, 2013. Extensions are rarely approved. If granted, additional costs will be incurred.

These courses may not be acceptable for credit by NCAA and may affect sports eligibility.

Students who take courses that require an SOL test will be contacted by the Testing Department.

(*Only Economics and Personal Finance are available as a semester course. If taking one of these courses, the fee will be $347.50.)

Space availability in virtual courses may be limited. Applications (with approved signatures) are processed on a first come, first served basis.

An Information Session for parents is planned for Thursday, April 18, 2013, at 7:00 p.m. at Stone Bridge High School. Representatives from Edgeunity (formerly known as ED2020), will make a presentation and answer parent/student questions. We strongly recommend that you attend this session, especially if this is your child’s first experience with virtual learning.
