Each student visits the library each week for thirty minutes during their language arts block. Students may checkout materials at this time as well as on a daily basis during open checkout times: 7:30-7:55 Am and 2:15-2:35 PM.

Book Checkout:

K - 1 book 1^st semester, 2 books 2^nd semester

1^st - 2 books

2^nd -2 books OR 1 book and 1 magazine

3^{rd -}  3 books OR 2 books, 1 magazine

4^{th -}  3 books OR 2 books, 1 magazine

5^th - 3 books OR 2 books, 1 magazine

Students may checkout extra books for research projects.

Students may renew items for an additional two weeks.

Students with two overdue items may only choose books from the Honor Book Rack or may reserve one book on the Hold Shelf.

The “Hold Shelf” allows a student to reserve a library book. The “Honor Book Rack” allows a student to read and return donated books using the honor system.  

Students having lost or damaged items will be charged the replacement cost for the item. Items which have been paid for will only be refunded if a replacement has not yet been purchased. If an item has been replaced, then the student may keep the item or donate it to the library.
