Retail Programs for Sycolin Creek PTA

We are requesting our Sycolin Creek families and friends to give us permission to link their cards to our school. This is primarily done in the beginning of the school year, but we will accept forms all school year long. Please send this signed permission form back to school with your student, or bring it to the PTA Mailbox in our main office. We have to re-enter you every year. Don’t forget grandparents and friends can participate too! Print out copies of this form to take to them. Anyone can help our school!

2.Sign up for a free boxtops4education account at www.boxtops4education.com

3.Collect My Coke Rewards points, boxtops for education, and labels for education UPC codes. Return them to school.
