I am very excited to be the Kindergarten teacher at Waterford Elementary School. I really love the curiosity and enthusiasm of young learners! I earned my undergraduate degree in Elementary Education from the University of San Diego. I also hold a Master’s Degree in Education, with an emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction, from the University of San Diego. My teaching career began in Solana Beach, California, where I taught first and second grades for eleven years. In 2001, I relocated to Virginia and taught first grade in Fairfax County Public Schools for three years before moving to Loudoun County. I am very excited to begin my second year as the Kindergarten teacher at Waterford Elementary. My husband and our two children are Waterford residents. Both of our children attend Waterford Elementary. I look forward to a wonderful and successful Kindergarten school year with your child!
