Ms. O'Bannon has been providing enrichment to K-3 students in Loudoun County for the past 13 years. She is very excited about offering a new year of hands-on challenges to her students. Ms. O'Bannon is originally from Texas. She lived in Jackson, Tennessee for seven and a half years prior to moving to Virginia in October 1999. Ms. O'Bannon has a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Gifted Education endorsement from The University of Virginia and a Master of Education degree in Curriculum and Instruction from George Mason University. She has a married daughter, a new granddaughter and a recent college graduate son . Ms. O'Bannon has actively been teaching for 21 years.
