Dear Parents,

The library at Sanders Corner invites you to participate in our school’s Birthday Book Program. This optional program is designed to help grow our library collection while recognizing your child’s birthday. Participation in the program involves a $15.00 (fifteen dollar) donation per book. For this donation your child will be invited to the library to choose a book from a selection of brand new books. Your child's name and birth date will be printed on a bookplate, and he/she will be the first to check it out before it becomes part of the collection.

To take part in this program please complete the following form and return it to the library along with your $15.00 donation. If you choose to send a check please make it payable to Sanders Corner Elementary.  Please note your child's name on the check.
