Ms. Smith

Ms. Smith is excited to start another great school year in the 5^th grade! This is her fourth year teaching at Catoctin Elementary School. She previously worked in a library for an Elementary School in Fairfax County. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Shepherd University and a Masters degree at George Mason University. Ms. Smith has enjoyed incorporating her experience from graduate school into her classroom!

When she is not teaching at Catoctin, you could find her teaching Jazzercise, watching movies, or playing with her nephew! She and her family spent a lot of time on a lake in Pennsylvania, where she participated in water sports nearly every day, especially tubing!

She is looking forward to another great year at Catoctin!
