My name is Ms. Palmer and this is my ninth year of teaching at Ball’s Bluff Elementary.  This is my twenty-first year in education. I graduated from Hope College undergraduate school and Saginaw Valley University graduate school in Michigan.  I have a master’s in Early Childhood Education with a Z.A. endorsement.  I moved to Virginia nine years ago and am very happy to be teaching second grade here.
