Want To Volunteer?
We are excited that you would like to volunteer at BBES! There are so many opportunities to help out at the school, whether you volunteer your TIME, donate MONEY, or BAKE concession goodies – it is ALL HELPFUL and it is all NEEDED!

What Do I Need To Do First?

Send your email/phone contact information to Heather Gonzalez, Volunteer Coordinator at BBESVolunteer@gmail.com. Your name will be added to the Volunteer list and you will begin receiving Volunteer Spot emails.

What Happens Next?

Whenever there is a volunteer need by the PTA or the school (i.e. provide baked goods for an event, chaperone an activity or support a PTA/school-sponsored event, etc.), you will receive an email from Volunteer Spot. If you can help, sign up! If you can't help, simply delete the e-mail. Volunteer Spot will send out an automatic e-mail reminder as the event draws near.

What If I Signed Up But My Plans Changed?

If your schedule changes, simply modify or cancel your commitment.
