Mrs. Klet has an elementary education major with an early childhood endorsement and a minor in science. She taught first and second grade in Nebraska and was then able to be a stay at home mom. While at home she tutored, worked in a preschool, and substituted in elementary schools. She  taught third grade at Ashburn Elementary for nine years. While at Ashburn she received a grant for weather related instruments, headed up committees, and taken graduate courses in reading, technology, and math. She has been math contact for the school for many years. She has been very interested in active learning and sharing her ideas with her colleagues. She is very excited about teaching second grade again this year and getting to know the new members of the second grade team.
