OVERVIEW:
Welcome to Bulldog Boot Camp, a series of online technology courses that will help you shape up your technology skills!  The courses in Bulldog Bootcamp are designed to provide on-demand training for educators who are constantly balancing busy schedules with technology needs.  All training courses are created around software availabe in Loudoun County Public Schools.  All courses are open to all SBHS teachers for recertification credit and everyone else for reference. 
 
FORMAT:
Each course runs for one month and contains several five minute videos per week followed by an online quiz and a short assignment.  For teachers seeking recertification points, the quiz and assignment must be completed and submitted for credit.  Each course is designed to give the participant 1 hour of relicensure hours a week and approximately 4 hours a month. 
 
Note: This is NOT college credit hours, this is considered School Based Professional Development through Mylearningplan.com
 
TRAINING LEVEL:
For the 2010-2011 school year, all training will be beginner level training, as this is a first year pilot of Bulldog Bootcamp.   As the courses develop and grow, more  advanced courses will be offered.
