President

  • Shall preside over all official meetings, ceremonies, and services.
  • Shall encourage full participation of all members.
  • Shall be knowledgeable of the progress of all the officers and programs and shall convene a planning session with all officers.
  • Shall be willing to represent the club in all community and school related events.
  • Shall call special meetings as needed.
  • Shall be responsible for the acknowledgment of all correspondents.
  • Shall present a program of activities that complements the endeavors and is designed to continue the accomplishments of club goals and objectives.
  • Shall maintain order during meetings.

Vice President

  • Shall work with the president and other officers to set and measure the progress of club goals.
  • Shall forge and maintain community partnerships, which are beneficial to the club.
  • Shall preside over all official meetings, ceremonies, and services in the president’s absence.
  • Shall maintain order during meetings.

Secretary

  • Shall record all actions of the club at meetings.
  • Shall distribute meeting minutes no later than two weeks after the club meeting.
  • Shall keep all records of the club.
  • Shall maintain the club roster.
  • Shall maintain order during meetings.

Treasurer

  • Shall keep accurate records of all receipts and disbursements.
  • Shall be the budget and finance coordinator.
  • Shall submit an annual financial report to the club.
  • Shall submit financial reports every two months.

Historian

  • Shall create a club scrapbook.
  • Shall be responsible for the upkeep of the mural and MCC bulletin board.
  • Shall take pictures during club meetings, ceremonies, and services.

Reporter

  • Shall submit information and pictures to school and community media.
  • Shall notify members of meetings and upcoming events.
  • Shall be responsible for the upkeep of the mural and MCC bulletin board.
  • Shall attend Interclub Council meetings.
