RE: Username and Password Reset

Effective August 14, 2015 all student Naviance/Family Connection account passwords have been reset.

Initially, this will mean the following:

Your Username is your Student ID Number in this format: 123456

Your default password is your Birth Date in this format: mmddyy

It is highly recommended that you change your password after first logging in to make it the same as your LEAD ID password. To make this change, simply logon and click “Manage my account” in the top right corner of the homepage.

We believe this practice will create consistency and overcome the challenge of remembering multiple usernames and passwords when accessing different applications used in LCPS.

If you have any questions or require assistance with Naviance/Family Connection, please contact the School Counseling office.
