Payne, Kelly / Welcome!

Mrs. Payne is entering her ninth year teaching Physical Education in Loudoun County. She is Co-Department Chair of the DHS Physical Education Department. She is married to a Physical Education teacher from Hylton High School in Prince William County. She has a baby daughter born in April 2009 named Kelsey. Along with her family are her two cats "Beau" and "Champ" and her labrador "Mr. Bud". She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. While attending the University of North Carolina at Greensboro she was a member of the soccer team. Mrs. Payne is the Head Soccer Coach at Dominion High School.
