Mrs. Breland is a Learning Resource Teacher at Evergreen Mill Elementary.   She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Albany, and a Masters degree in Special Education from Simmons College.  Mrs. Breland has also completed additional graduate coursework in the field of education from George Mason University.
