Dionne, Katie - First / Biography

Mrs. Dionne has taught first grade in Loudoun County for 22 years! She sponsors Student to Student, a volunteer reading program that pairs River Bend Middle School and Potomac Falls High School students with Algonkian students needing extra reading practice. Prior to moving to Loudoun, she taught in Tegucigalpa, Honduras; Monrovia, Liberia; and Dakar, Senegal. Mrs. Dionne has a Master's degree in education from Marymount University and a B.S. degree in Early Childhood Education from Fitchburg State College of Massachusetts. She loves the students, families and staff at Algonkian.
