Helstorm, Judy- Adapted PE

     My name is Judy Helstrom and I have been teaching Physical Education and Adapted Physical Education for 19 years in the state of Virginia. I am an itinerant who travels to different schools each day, working with students with disabilities. I absolutely LOVE my job and the students that I get to work with. I feel very fortunate to be doing what I enjoy so much.
     My husband Paul Helstrom is a PE Teacher here at Sterling Middle School as well. We have 2 daughters, Lauryn and Anna, who attend LCPS. Lauryn is a 7th grader at Sterling Middle and Anna is currently attending Kindergarten at Sterling Elementary. We have a dog Sadie, 3 cats Jeter, Lily and CiCi, 2 rabbits Snickers and Skittles and 2 hamsters, Bailey and Belle. We enjoy camping, traveling, sporting events and spending time with family. We are die hard Yankee fans since we both grew up in New York!
