The philosophy club of Loudoun County High School promotes critical thinking and rational inquiry of fundamental questions through discussion, reading, and other activities. The club sponsors an annual benefit concert featuring student bands and has donated thousands of dollars to international and local charities. The group has been working to install a Zen garden in a courtyard at the school, as part of the school beautification efforts. The club is open to all students at Loudoun County High School who are interested in exploring themselves and the world around them through rational inquiry and interaction with others.
