Biography

 

Mr. Boutwell is a native Texan (C.H. Yoe High School, Class of 1984, Cameron Texas) who has lived and taught in Virginia since 1996. He has been a teacher for 21 years. Prior to teaching at Heritage High School, where he has been since its opening, he taught elementary and middle school Special Education and Earth/Life Science, and has taught high school Earth Science at Broad Run, Park View and Potomac Falls High Schools.
