I teach 6^th and 7^th grade health and physical education.  Health and physical education is a great class to learn how to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a great way to learn lifetime fitness skills.  I received a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Health and Physical Education for grades Pre K-12.
