Mrs. Payne is a graduate of the Western Loudoun County public school system. She received her Bachelor of Arts in English from James Madison University. After pursuing an equestrian related career, she earned her teaching degree from Shenandoah University. Mrs. Payne has taught 6^th and 7^th grade Language Arts at Blue Ridge Middle School and Harmony Middle School. She is looking forward to a terrific year as a member of Team Scorpion!
