She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York and a Masters of Arts degree in Nutrition from Syracuse University. She also has received 30 credit hours towards her Masters in Business Administration from Texas A&M University, Corpus Christi, Texas.
